kit asked: I am a 23 year old woman, weighs 110 lbs, and according to my gym trainers, has also 33% body fat mass. Now make no mistake I DO NOT want to lose weight I just want to gain muscles. I want to reduce the 33% to possibly a 20%. I’ve already tried the 2 week no carb diet, in which I’ve failed due to the fact that I almost fainted. I have now stopped the no carb diet and am now eating proper proportions of food. Now I’ve changed my schedule around so I am able to go to the gym in the morning as well as night. I do cardio everyday, both morning and night, for about 25 minutes burning at the most 200 calories. Will this be enough to possibly lower my body fat or do I need to do more?
Of course along with the cardio I also do exercises for my upper, lower, and middle; alternating every other day.

Heather asked: I have a new boss who gets wrapped around the axle every time I send an email to my employees that has the phrase, “I need” or “I want” in it. Like, “I need you guys to update me on your client status before the end of the day”. Or, “I want these calls handled today”. Is there a management book out there that frowns on these terms? Or is he just quirky about the terms?

the_damager2000 asked: I am looking to get a domain name and web hosting for the site i built. It is for my PC repair business. Its a small business so i don’t need anything extravagant or anything that will not be worth the cost. I check out go daddy for the domain and they seemed reasonable but the web hosting was pretty expensive. Any suggestions?

Lisa B asked: I signed up for a 6-month stint w/a personal trainer service. First of all the service isn’t nearly what I thought I was getting, but more than that, my work schedule has changed so drastically that I am missing my appointments (wasting my money as a result). The service won’t accommodate any schedule changes because I already had to move my time from am to pm. The insulting part is that the trainer & entire staff have taken a week off for vacation and another week off to move the facility - and I’m expected to fit in rescheduled appointments per their needs. grrr - very aggravating. How ’screwed’ am I? Did I just waste a couple $k for a lesson learned the hard way? Do I have any rights left?

CoolDude asked: What is the success rate ? I recently attended a workshop which was attended by over 300 people and more than 50 % bought web hosting packages sold by presenters ensuring everyone that they could make tons of money selling on the web. I am not fully convinced.
