    I am starting bodybuilding and read its best to work 4-5 days a week. I have this so far for my workout plan:

    Mon: legs, calves, abs
    Tues: OFF
    Weds: shoulders, abs
    Thurs: Back; biceps
    Friday: OFF
    Sat: OFF
    Sun: Chest, triceps

    My question is how long should I be at the gym each day? and what are some great excerises to use? Thanks in advance

I was eating 4,000 cal a day and just got fat. I think it is my workout thats the problem. I would like to look like a mix between T.O. (football guy) and Bruce Lee (ripped). Would like someone to tell me how many reps, sets ect. What I should eat? Dont feed me that protein crap we get plenty in our food. Would prefer someone who has been a former skinny guy who is an Ectomorph. Or someone who has worked with someone like me and got great results. Please post your credentials. I do have a Gym Membership. Can’t afford a trainier. Dont trust them anyway because they are mostly all big guys who dont understand my situation. Am excited to hear your answers!
    I understand you need points, but please no dumb answers, there is plenty of dumb questions for that.
