I have a large middle section and want to trim down my stomach and down my abs.
What diet and workout routine should I adopt in order to accomplish this goal?
I end up eating out a lot because it’s more convenient but I’m certainly willing to change this in order to lose weight I just don’t know what some good meals or types of foods to eat would be.
Also how long should I work out and how often and what should my work out involve?
I’m a female and weigh 127 and I’m 5′6, so overall I’m not overweight it’s just that I have a lot of fat in that one area.
